Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

We want you to enjoy RetroStar. Please try the free demo before you buy — it's the full game for 10 minutes.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason.

Digital orders are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our digital orders, so their refunds are made by Paddle:

  • use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or
  • go to paddle.net and look up your order, or
  • contact us and we'll arrange it for you.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 working days.

The boxed edition

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving a boxed copy: contact us, then post it back within 14 days to 2 Jeffrey Hill Close, Grimsargh, Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom, PR2 5BS. You pay the return postage; we refund the price and the original postage, through PayPal, within 14 days of getting it back. If the box was sealed and you've opened it, this right doesn't apply — but faulty or damaged copies are always replaced or refunded. See the terms.

After a refund

A refunded registration code is cancelled: it can no longer be registered. If you'd already registered it, please stop using the full game.

Faults

If RetroStar doesn't work as described, you're entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 whenever you bought it — please contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.
